In January 2013 I spent 2 weeks in an Ayurvedic retreat in Kerala, India. Although the retreat was more spa than ashram, the rules were fairly stringent, for instance I wasn't allowed of the grounds. One day I discovered a small window through which I could see a tiny slice of normal Indian life in a small village. These are the photos I took.
