Choice Cambodia is a Non Profit organization that initially supplied clean, safe drinking water to villagers outside of the capital, Phnom Penh. They have since expanded their efforts to include schooling for the village children, computer training and vocational training for the youth, as well as, medical treatment, all the way to facilitating surgeries for those in need. This book documents my exposure to this amazing group, which took place over a two half-day time span. I am very pleased with the portraits of the children and the villagers that we experienced together. The photographs were in no instance, staged, these are all captured during the every day activities of their lives. As a below knee amputee, I have a slightly different approach to my work and my subjects, and I believe that is reflected in the natural manner of these amazing people in their portraits...
