In August 2019, Catherine and Colin spent three weeks in Orkney. Catherine helped with many aspects of the B and B in Woodwick House, while Colin produced paintings. This book includes these paintings and photographs of the experience.

Colin is also an Advanced Ortho-Bionomy Practitioner and Registered Advanced Ortho-Bionomy Instructor, a Certified Chapman's Reflexes Therapist, and a qualified massage therapist.
