The Entropy series of photographic, photo-based, and film/video works emphasize my interest in nature and the concept of its destructive and regenerative karma cycle. Throughout this body of work, I explore the infinite possibilities of photographic technology and materials. Photography is not only a medium to copy real scenes through optics and photosensitive materials, but also a basic method to explore the visualization of time, the capture of light and shadow, the mapping of space and the recording of indexical traces.
