José Manuel Silva (J.M.Silva) lives in Dominican Republic and writes thrillers, science fiction and children books. He began writing a children's book called "The Turtle Who Dreamed of Being a Dragon", it was a bedtime story originally written for their kids. Since then, he published The Black Box his first novel.
