En face de nous au plus profond s'élève un tréfonds chaotique si rocheux.
Le ciel comme une couverture, broussailles et herbes sèches comme écrins,
drapés. de vent.. Coule ici et là des laves goudronnées, pistes sinueusement insensées. Au bas, puis de près, le Village de pierre et d'eaux furieusement fraîches. Le cirque de Navacelles. Le vertige tout azimut. Tableaux des lieux.
ENGLISH : The circus of Navacelles., October 15, 2016. We are a Saturday.
In front of us at the deepest rises a chaotic, rocky depth. The sky as a blanket,
brush and dry grass as caskets, draped. Wind.. Flowing here and there lava lava,
sinuously senseless tracks. At the bottom, then closely, Stone Village and furiously cool waters. The circus of Navacelles. Vertigo all around. Painting pics of the places.

Born in Paris, France, in October 1956, Patrick Canhan takes his first steps in Paris, in the districts of Ménilmontant. His finger will get stuck in the porcelain inkwell of his first school! That was a good start! Since 2009, Patrick Canhan has published a collection of photographics booklets entitled "UNCERTAIN DAY" dedicated to each of his improvised photographic days. Today more than 280 photographic days have given rise to 280 notebooks, published at the author's own expense. These notebooks represent his innumerable wanderings, both in France, in Europe and Asia.
