The Connah's Quay Nature Reserve (CQNR) is the most important birdwatching site on the Welsh side of the Dee estuary and the best place to view the RSPB Reserve of Oakenholt Marsh. This book describes all 237 bird species, including 16 "escapes", that have been recorded on the Connah's Quay Nature Reserve (including Oakenholt), during its 40-year history up to February 2016.
