Acerca del libro
Why these 250? Are they technically or artistically my best pictures from the past year? Some may be, others maybe not.
The reason I selected these pictures is that looking at them makes me feel good.
Some of the pictures make me smile - like the happy fisherman on page 64- others make me sad - like the pictures of the salt-pan workers, despite the smiling face of the little girl Sharda on page 45.
I know that I empathize with the pictures more than you do, because I was there and I could see, hear, taste and smell the air and surroundings when I pressed the shutter of the camera.
In this book I want to share the pictures from 2015 and hope to give you at least a taste of my wonderful experience in shooting them and compiling the book.

Acerca del creador
Artist's Statement: Seeing and being aware of your surroundings serves as the foundation of my photography. All you have to do is look and I’m always looking. A picture should provoke a feeling. With each photograph I take, my final goal is to create an image that conveys what I sensed and felt and what made me want to press the shutter release to capture that moment in time or place. Shooting the picture is often only the start of the creative process. Although I generally do not add or remove anything significant from my pictures, I use many digital imaging techniques to enrich and enhance the final image to mirror my personal impression and feelings towards the subject.
