Hello, my name is Samuel Freitas, and I am a senior student at Westport Senior High School. My interest is my sketching habit, which I hope one day is the aspect in my life that’ll end up making me a living. Through this habit, I have begun setting up a franchise with my own characters and a wide-open plot that I’m able to motivate myself with. My multimedia books describe these characters with rudimentary vocabulary in order for 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders to be able understand what they are like. But I have planned greater things beyond this book. I’ve planned them for my pep rally, I’m trying to make merchandise for them, and I want to host conventions with them someday. In fact, most of these characters weren’t even original to the franchise. They often started out as paper masks that I cut out in art club during my Sophomore and Junior years. To me, it’s proof that I can properly utilize leadership and be able to inspire fans. When my fans are happy, then I’m happy.
