I am a self-taught artist, and began painting when I moved to Morocco in 2010, though I have been drawing since I was little. Art has always been a part of my life, and it was only natural for painting to become an expression of my experience in Morocco. My style of painting is something that I have developed on my own, and though my technique has changed with time and practice, my style has remained somewhat consistent. I paint mainly with acrylic on canvas, but occasionally use other materials such as pencils, charcoal, oil, watercolor, paper, wood, and cardboard.
