Acerca del libro
In this short book, author Chet Jelinski, a Christian of 41 years, speaks of our propensity to have "Human Heroes" and shares both the pitfalls and blessings that can come with them. Speaking regarding his own experiences of once idolizing Willie Mays, Stan Lee and Cicely Tyson (all pictured on front cover with the author), Jelinski shares how God allowed him to meet his Heroes after his conversion to Christ in 1975 and how he saw them with new eyes. In the process, he leaves the reader with much to think, pray, and search the Scriptures about.
