Neo was a nightclub located at 2350 N Clark St in Chicago. Established on July 25, 1979 Neo was one of the oldest running alternative clubs in the city.

From 2013–2015, Johnny Mei designed a series of posters for Neo's ongoing events: Nexus 6 and Helter Skelter.
