I have lived in Alaska since August 1979. I was born in CT and married my first husband when I was 20 years old. I have 2 daughters and they also live in Alaska. I have a home in Wasilla Alaska, and have a Toy Poodle, his name is Smokie. I have worked a full time job but now I am retired. Alaska is my home and it is a beautiful state to live in. I have done a lot of fishing, camping and hiking, in the wilderness. I am also a retired seamstress and business owner. I have traveled from Anchorage to Homer, and from Wasilla to Fairbanks Alaska. I also love the wild life and I have great respect for all animals. It gives me great pleasure to write about my experiences in Alaska. Please enjoy reading this book.
