German born Nadim Roberto Sabella is an artist and art educator who currently resides in Oakland, California. His work involves a wide range of media including photography, sculpture and installations. He attended the archeology program at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster in 1997 and graduated with a Masters in Fine Arts from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2006.

Sabella has been the recipient of numerous awards including the Jack and Gertrude Murphy Fellowship as well as the San Francisco Art Institute Photography Award. His work is exhibited internationally in major cities including New York, Rome and Capetown.
