John L.Raye has been a professional photographer for fifty years. His work is in museum collections and important private collections. His photographs have graced magazine covers and newspapers. He has won the prestigious Art Directors of Connecticut “Photographer of the Year.” He won a major grant from the CT Commission on the Arts. Other books include, Island Sacrifice, 1864, and With Open Eye.
