Robert Lambermont, born in Heerlen, the Netherlands, is a professional piano player and sculptor.
During his studies at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, he ran into the compositions of Simeon ten Holt and discovered on an intuitive level analogies between this music and his own objects. Ever since, Lambermont performs piano compositions of Simeon ten Holt, frequently combined with the exhibition of his own art works. Together with the members of the Bergen Quartet (Bergen Kwartet), he performs Simeon ten Holt's piano concerts on two and four grand pianos.
