My name is Unity. I am a child of God, a woman of Faith, a survivor, a healer, and an overcomer. First and foremost, I want to thank God for believing in me and trusting me enough to bring something within me to share with the world. In 2007, God planted the idea for this journal in my heart, and I am truly grateful for His guidance in bringing it to life.

I also thank God for the many challenges I have faced, because without Him, I don’t know where I would be. Every trial has been part of a greater plan, shaping me into who I am today. This journal is dedicated to my children, with the hope that it inspires them to believe in themselves and continue moving forward, no matter the obstacles. Together, we have faced many trials and tribulations, but through it all, we have grown. I pray that you, the reader, can also see the power of growth and healing in everything I do.
