A. Jaeger graduated from the Ontario College of Art, Design Department, in 1979, where she specialized in textiles. A visual artist and writer, she enjoys researching her work and considered it a compliment when her work was once described as "ruthless journalism." She currently writes an online arts journal Trout in Plaid.
