Tami Bahat is a fine art photographer whose passion lies in molding the obvious into the extraordinary. She strives to push the boundaries of her own imagination, as well as the viewer’s, by creating bold works of art from striking perspectives. Lost in time, she finds inspiration in the lighting of Carravaggio, the realism of Degas, in the color of Chagall.
 
Born in Israel to a dancer and a graphic artist, Tami’s family resettled in Los Angeles when she was quite young. Her upbringing was non-judgemental and nurturing, with parents who unconditionally supported her artistic passions. A series of family trips around the world exposed Tami to humanity as a whole, the myriad ways that people live life. She also developed a keen awareness of the loss and struggle that an earthly existence brings, an undertone in much of her work.
 
Tami currently resides in Los Angeles, dedicating her life to photographic art.
