Born Scotland, 15/8/1936. Arrived Australia February 1948. Worked as graphic designer 1953-71. First book published 1973 and first solo exhibition in same year. Represented in the National Art Gallery, Canberra and in private collections in Australia, USA, UK, Netherlands.
Specialize in painting and writing about birds, and to a lesser extent mythology.
