Acerca del libro
Annmarie Rita, a homeless woman in her mid-50's who has been challenged by the brutal New England weather for ten years, suffers from multiple sclerosis as well as an undiagnosed mental disorder. She sits on the sidewalk while rolling her tobacco with little else to contemplate but the tangled thoughts of her past.
Her rationale for being displaced consists of identity theft of her wealthy lifestyle. She claims to have been a former professor of nuclear science at M.I.T. and has worked with Steven Spielberg. She brings her vivid stories to life as I sit and listen in confusion. It is hard to make sense of what is true or fictitious.
