I have loved cooking since I was a child and would make a batch of scones in Mum’s kitchen for morning tea on the weekend. The kitchen would be a disaster zone looking as though a flour bomb had gone off. I have learned a great deal since those days when a lumpy sauce and gluggy rice was usual.
Now I can make a shiny smooth sauce every time and gluggy rice is no longer on the menu, and I don’t make a mess in the kitchen either!
