CiCi Willis is an American author and education advocate who grew up in poverty. With a drive for success, she obtained several degrees, including an undergraduate degree in Health Care Administration from the University of West Florida, and a masters degree in Information Technology from Florida State University. She has a huge sense of humor and creative style that she attributes to her mother. She enjoys outdoor activities, and any adrenaline rush activities, but also enjoys quiet times at home. CiCi started out writing books for her children, and has since decided to share them with the world. Welcome to her first published book, Dread the Dragging Dragon!
