Chiaki HARADA and Chie MIYASAKA established HOSO WRAPPING in 2009 with the aim of introducing the intricate art of Japanese wrapping culture into Australia. We believe we are able to introduce interesting gift-wrapping ideas, original styles and designs in order to create the art of classy gift-wrapping into our daily life.

We received formal qualifications to the level of 'Instructor' from the nationally recognized ‘Wrapping Association of Japan’. This book can demonstrate the methods and techniques of Japanese style gift-wrapping. In addition, it can provide not only the skills and techniques but also an insight into Japanese culture and the art of gift wrapping itself.
