I grew up in Vancouver and began my career with what I call the "Silent Scream" while capturing the angst ridden years in my journal. Now I I live on the Sunshine Coast of BC, Canada where I share my joy of writing as a workshop presenter, journalist, manuscript coach and grant writer. In my heart I am a poet.
