Victor Pytko has exhibited around Michigan and in Colorado, New York and Virginia. Working in both realistic and abstract styles, he has been commissioned for private and corporate clients including the Mass Transit Authority of Genesee County, Ernst & Young in Detroit and Tokai Rika in Nagoya, Japan.

A native of upstate New York, Pytko has been influenced by numerous artists including Grandma Moses who lived nearby, mentors Boris Putterman, Leslie Masters and Charles McGee and artists Edward Hopper, Jackson Pollock, Willem de Kooning, Robert Rauschenberg and Milton Avery.

The lifelong painter maintains studios at his home in Birmingham and at the Pioneer Building in Detroit.
