Having studied documentary photography at Wellesley College, Ms. Smith moved into the technology sector and was an Art Director for a small dot-com that focused on usability and web design for over five years. She plans to return to school in order to receive a MA in teaching. Her goal is to become a high school photography teacher. She continues to practice photography as an amateur hobby, focusing mostly on personal documentary portraiture. Her camera of choice is her Yashica Electro 35; Ms. Smith works almost exclusively in roll film and peel-apart instant film. |
