A native of Indianapolis, IN, J. Tobias "Toby" Fox has lived and worked in Brussels, Belgium for ten years. During this time, travels for work and pleasure have taken him to over 60 countries in every continent but Antarctica. It was during this period in 2004 that he purchased an SLR camera and began to capture memorable landscapes and portraits of the people he met during his journeys.
