Timothy Sands is the President and Chief Executive Officer of an employee training and development consulting firm, Esdras Innovation, Inc. Also, the Reverend Timothy Sands is the Senior Pastor of New Hope A.M.E. Church (Hoschton, Georgia). He has served in leadership positions with Equifax as an Accounting Analyst, Bank of America as a Team Leader Trust Officer, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Wachovia and the Contemporary Services Corporation (Georgia Dome) as a Supervisor in the Command Post.

Moreover, Reverend Sands received his Master of Science in Management from Argosy University. He received his Master of Divinity from Payne Theological Seminary. He also received his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies-Psychology and Minor in Business Administration degree from Oglethorpe University.
