Stuart Walker joined Carlisle based Cumbrian Newspapers Ltd in 2005 as a staff photographer, covering news, features and sport assignments. In 2009 Stuart won Photographer of the Year at the North West Newspaper Awards 2009. In 2011 Stuart was shortlisted for the Weekly Photographer of the Year Award at the Regional Newspaper Awards.
