Lauren is a new mom, runner, fundraiser and vocalist living in Chicago, IL. After reading endless children's books for her daughter Kaley, she decided to write one of her own illustrated by photos she took of her dog Griffin adjusting to life with the new baby. She dabbled in illustration and painting and fell in love with her iPad once she discovered a magical stylus that unleashed her inner child. She is now seen ignoring all those around her, consumed in her own sketches in between diaper changes.
