A native of Germany, long time resident of Northern California. Spent some years in the world of hi-tech and has nurtured a long term interest in poetry and particularly the translation of poetry from the German. Pursued physics and Computer Science at UC Berkeley and MIT, respectively.
Has enjoyed Eugen Roth since he was a teenager and never stopped.
