After attending The High School of Art & Design and Pratt Institute, Cosimo began his career as a graphic designer and illustrator before turning his attention to photography. He quickly became an A-list in-demand still photographer for the advertising community.

Aside from his commercial career, Cosimo has taught Photo Illustration at the School of Visual Arts, and has lectured throughout the world. Exhibitions of his work have appeared around the country.

Constantly exploring new mediums, Cosimo became intrigued by the moving picture. Since turning his attention to commercial directing and cinematography, Cosimo has directed a multitude of commercials for which he has received numerous awards internationally.

Never having left photography behind, Cosimo is once again exploring his fascination with the still image. His extensive travels and love of portraiture is taking him on yet another journey.
