My passion for photography kicked off early when I made my first photograph with my Agfa Autostar X-126. When I was seventeen, my father gave me a special birthday gift, a Fuji Panaroma film camera. Since then, I have been engaged with photography trying to bring my vision and emotion to life through a viewfinder. Whether the subject is a person or a harsh landscape, I do my best to relate my feelings to that specific subject as I press the shutter release button! If you find that my photographs convey a sense of isolation, loneliness, darkness and deep feelings, my mission is accomplished!

Depending on the occasion, I shoot with both film and digital medium format cameras! I do believe film has a unique look that is timeless! Moreover, nothings feel like seeing your work for the first time after playing with all chemicals! The few number of photographs make me cherish them more!

Film is not dead and it lives in harmony with digital technology!
