Mr. Dunn is an award winning fine art photographer noted for his impressionistic images. He has been described as "Monet with a camera". Using techniques such as Polaroid manipulations, multiple exposure, montage and rear projection, he creates images that have a painterly quality. Mr. Dunn's images have been part of exhibitions that traveled throughout Europe and Asia. His images have been published and exhibited nationally, and are part of many public and private collections.

Monhegan, Timeless Impressions of a Special Island, has been years in the making. For the past 20 years I have been visiting Monhegan Island and recording my impressions of this special place on film with the intention of sharing these images with others. This book is my gift to the wonderful people of Monhegan. Thank you!

All profits I receive from this book will be given to Monhegan Associates, a land trust formed by Ted Edison to preserve the "wild lands" of Monhegan Island.
