I took my first yoga class in 1998 and was immediately hooked! Since then, I have obtained an Experienced Registered Yoga Instructor designation, I run an approved Yoga Teacher Training program and I am a certified Touch for Health practitioner. I opened Studio 2 for Yoga and Wellness where my philosophy is to teach others not that I have the answers, but that they have their own. |
