Richard is the Deputy Command Historian at the U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. He is also a veteran of the United States Armed Forces. Richard served as a U.S. Army soldier for twenty-three years before retiring from military service. He is married to Krystal and has two children, Richard and Jacob, and a beautiful step daughter named Kaylee. He and his family live in Oxford, PA.
