The author/photographer lives in Richmond Virginia. A lifelong snapshooter and traveler, he retired from academic Sociology (University of Rochester, Rochester Institute of Technology and the American University in Cairo) and directing social research (The Center for Governmental Research). He now aspires to explore how images confront and change perceptions of similarity and difference.
