My name is Neil Cunningham and I was a professional racing driver for 27 years, and latterly a stunt driver for Top Gear Live. I also worked on the Bond movie Quantum of Solace. In 2010 I was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease.

The Heaton-Ellis Trust in conjunction with Racing4MND aims to find a cure for Motor Neurone Disease. The Trust’s goal is to help raise awareness and funds to help the research programme headed by Professor Chris Shaw at the department of Clinical Neuroscience at King’s College Hospital, London.
Since starting in 2009, the trust has reached its initial goal of £1million and Professor S haw’s team has made incredible advances. We now know the causes of two-thirds of familial-related cases, with most being identified since 2011. Our current goal aims to help ensure that by 2015 the cause of over 95% of familial MND will be known. Your support will help make this happen.
