Since the late 60's I've done illustration for publication and gallery art (oils, watercolors, acrylics, etc.) The art has been used on everything from bus benches to ads, magazine illustrations, tv spots and gift products like coffee mugs, shirts, greeting cards and wall decor prints.

As an art director I designed annual reports, catalogs, brochures and ads (some of which ran in Time, Newsweek, USA Today and The Saturday Evening Post) and publications - managing a staff of artists and photographers, directing photo-shoots of products and on-location setups for companies and resorts, products (some involving models) from firearms and trophies to sports wear, boats, fishing gear and toys.

The humor illustration and painting has been the most popular and most widely published, inspired by growing up on a farm around tale-spinning great uncles and a menagerie of interesting critters. (I'm now offering a few prints of these images.)
