D. Michael Adams trained under a Master Sculptor in Paris from 1992-96, before moving back to the US where he began to cast in bronze. Michael and his photographer wife, Anyes, established Arts Alive Gallery/Studio in Breckenridge, Colorado,. In 2005, he moved with his family to an ocean-front home in the Bahamas, creating both sculptures and paintings in this idyllic setting. Since 2010, the family has been in London, where Michael was elected to the United Society of Artists.. Michael's paintings are notable for their sculptural texture and warm colours.
