Megan Hildebrandt's solo and group exhibitions have included New American Paintings, Anna Kustera Gallery, The Museum of Contemporary Craft, Gallery Project, Arlington Arts Center, University of North Carolina, University of Maine, and the Miami Independent Thinkers Art Basel Satellite Fair, The Front Gallery, and the University of South Florida Contemporary Art Museum.

In 2011-2012, exhibitions at The Front Gallery, Creative Alliance, Detroit Contemporary, and University of Alberta will feature new drawings about Hildebrandt's cancer diagnosis at age 25.
