Holly Mello was raised in a Marlboro Mass, on beautiful rural farmlands, rich with family heritage. It was here that she developed her love of and deep connection with nature and its beauty- and from as far back as she can remember held a camera in her hand to capture it to share with others.
Ten years and thousands of photographs later, Holly moved to the tiny town of Byfield, located in the north shore of Ma, where she resides presently. From the rolling fields and wooded areas of her childhood, to the sparkling seashores of Plum Island her new surroundings offered added life and new excitement to her photography... later, traveling to various countries as well as exploring her own contributed to new areas of interest such as portraiture, photo journalism and more recently studio work. Iinspired by those frequently unguarded human moments... a peaceful sleep,a silly face, a treasured moment..she has been said to "Capture the essence of innocence and trust we have as children"
