in the stillness of remembering is an ambitious and unique photography project by Brisbane music lover and photographer, Melissa Brendish. Each photo is inspired entirely by the words, music and personal style of ethereal singer songwriter and Fleetwood Mac front woman, Stevie Nicks. The series began in April 2013 and finished 393 photos later, in November 2015. Part of the series was exhibited in Brisbane late in 2013. Due to overwhelming interest, the project expanded to include an online, not for profit shop raising funds for returned servicemen and women, a cause close to Stevie’s heart.
