Minh Carrico is a multidisciplinary artist and visual educator. His career began as an advertising and editorial photographer while studying in Austin, Texas. He expanded the creative practice to include graphic design while living in New York City. Past clients include: Annie Leibovitz, Martha Stewart Living, City of Seattle Office of Arts and Culture, Whole Foods Market, 3M and MTV.
Minh is currently a professor and co-chair for the Visual Arts at Edmonds Community College. His creative energy is focused on producing public art installations and curating gallery exhibitions that examines the issues of citizenship, displacement, standardization and the construction of identities. His work has been exhibited in museums and galleries across the nation and included within public art collections.
