Wife, mother of 3 and grandmother of 8. I work as the Pastoral Care Co-ordinator at a local Aged Care facility in Coffs Harbour. Our elderly have some amazing stories to share with us when they are given the opportunity and I have the privilege of listening to so many of them. Sharing their journey at the end of their life is truely a blessing from God.

I also run my own business helping women remove those epigenetic blocks which are holding them back in their personal or business life. Removing those blockages permanently allows each woman to live an authentic life and not a "lie".

Because of my work I have come to understand the importance of each individual journey and the legacy of one's life, So, with that in mind I put together a recipe book for my children of the "Tuxford Family Favourites". Some recipes are over 100 years old!!! My wish is that this book will be handed down to their children too and shared with friends and family for years to come.
