j. palmer horst is a series of cubical partitions with an intercom system that rarely works. He is, primarily, a writer of poetry, short stories, and a novel that refuses to be finished. He works as a network engineer, trading his word processor for a command-line utility. He dreams of becoming a lawyer, to finally blend the analytic and the creative, the apollonian and dionysian within his spirit. He, of course, will never cease to write, as a creative writer is a part of his essence, but he would prefer to also write something during the daytime.
