Mi biografía Juliet is a freelance writer, Certified Professional Coactive personal development coach, workshop leader and journaling addict. She has combined her knowledge of coaching techniques with her love of journal-writing to develop The Journal Writer's Handbook - a journaling and self-coaching approach that emphasises awareness of the body, thoughts and emotions to help navigate through different moods and life events.
Juliet has a Masters degree in Modern Languages from the University of Cambridge, a decade of experience in corporate business, and hundreds of published articles and blog posts under her belt.
