I'm a personal coach who helps clients figure out not only who they are but what they value, where they want to go, and what they need to do to get there. As a certified facilitator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), and the Pearson-Marr Archetype Inventory (PMAI), I lead a variety of personal and team development sessions using these instruments. Needless to say, I do a lot of self-study. My writing emerges from these kinds of activities, not to mention from the fact that I feel driven to create. In addition to my blog, at pivot-coaching.com, I enjoy writing memoir and creative non-fiction. |
