Seven years ago, I left the city and moved to Vermont with my husband. We began raising animals on our 35 acre farm. Now, we are pleased to offer grass-fed beef, pastured pork and poultry to our cusomers year round.

This is my first collection of recipes. My hope is that the book will tell you about our farm, and inspire you to try locally raised meat. Maybe you will venture to buy cuts with which you may not be familiar and give them a try with family and friends. Enjoy!
